Terms & conditions

Clear agreements, better prints.

These terms apply to all quotes, orders and services of Lumetize, a brand of InZert 3D BV, De Merodedreef 124, 2260 Westerlo, Belgium (VAT BE 0728.649.548).

1. Quotes and prices

Prices are in euro and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Instant online prices are calculated automatically from the files you upload and are valid for 30 days. They become final after our file check; if a file needs changes that affect the price, we contact you before production.

2. Orders

An order is binding once we have confirmed it in writing (by email) and, where requested, received payment. Production starts after confirmation. Delivery times are indicative and start on the day of confirmation and approval of the files.

3. Your files

You guarantee that you own the rights to the files, designs, logos and images you send us, and that printing them does not infringe the rights of others. You remain the owner of your designs. We use them only for your order and treat them confidentially. Edits you make yourself in the quote tool (such as thickening walls) are your responsibility; we print the edited model as you send it.

4. Tolerances and colour

3D printing has tolerances: typically ±0,2 mm or ±0,2% of the dimension, whichever is larger. Colours of full colour prints depend on the file, the material and the finish and can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Small visual differences are not a reason for rejection; for critical colours we offer test prints.

5. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within 14 days. New customers may be asked to pay in advance.

6. Delivery and complaints

Shipping is charged at cost. Please inspect your parts on receipt and report any damage or defects within 8 days, with photos. If a defect is our fault, we reprint the part free of charge.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the invoiced value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage or for the suitability of a print for a purpose that was not agreed in writing.

8. Law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Turnhout division.
